Brief model history

The 3000 Mk I (1959–1961) represents the evolution of the “Big Healeys”: more torque from the 2.9-litre inline-six, improved brakes and more mature grand-touring manners without losing its sporting character. The BN7 is the two-seater version—lighter and purer—and helped lay the foundation for the rally successes that made the 3000 famous. The combination of a strong six-cylinder, overdrive, and the timeless, Michelotti-linked lines makes the 3000 a highly sought-after driver’s classic to this day.

  • Professionally restored, museum history, very fine condition
